Job Description

Davis Wright Tremaine LLP seeks to hire a junior associate attorney to join its Real Estate and Land Use Practice Group.

The candidate must have two years’ of transactional experience doing real estate finance work, on behalf of lenders.  The candidate should also have experience performing real estate due diligence, including title and survey review, and familiarity with loan documents in real estate financing transactions. 

Candidates must have strong academic credentials, the ability to manage a high volume of deal flow, excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, and an active membership with the State of Bar of Washington or California. All replies confidential.
