Job Description
Davis Wright Tremaine LLP is seeking a mid to senior level Healthcare Litigation associate attorney with a minimum of four years’ experience to join its Healthcare practice group. The candidate will join a healthcare industry focused team representing healthcare providers in a wide range of matters, including litigation, regulatory, and contracting. Managed care or healthcare experience required. Candidates must have experience in complex commercial litigation and arbitration, excellent academic credentials, strong writing, research, analytical, and verbal communication skills. Candidates should have experience handling multiple cases and ability to serve as point person on litigation matters. Significant case management experience preferred.

The annualized salary range for this position in California is $225,000 to $330,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on the candidate’s education, training, experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. Full time employees may be eligible for a bonus and health insurance with an optional HSA, long term disability, dental insurance, vision care, life insurance, Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, 401(k), vacation, sick time, 10 paid holidays each year and an employee assistance program. For full-time employees, the initial sick leave benefit is 80 hours of sick leave per year. Attorneys generally take approximately three weeks of vacation from work each year, and it may vary depending on the needs of the clients and the firm. Additional voluntary benefits programs include: voluntary accident insurance, voluntary life, voluntary disability, voluntary long term care, and pet insurance. Commuter and Transit programs are also available.
