Technology Transactions Associate - Mid-Level - Seattle
The Technology + Privacy & Security Practice Group in the Seattle office of Davis Wright Tremaine LLP seeks a Technology Transactions mid-level associate attorney. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years’ experience in the areas of technology transactions, intellectual property, and related commercial contracts to join its Technology practice, focusing in the areas of software and related high technology. Our practice includes working with household-name companies and emerging company clients in many industries, including advertising, games, enterprise, cloud, software services, fintech, health, digital media, and emerging technologies. Experience in licensing and general commercial transactions is required. Qualified candidates must have outstanding academic credentials; very strong drafting and writing skills; excellent client relationship and interpersonal skills; and references. Law firm experience preferred, as well as immediate transferable skills. All replies confidential.
