Davis Wright Tremaine LLP seeks a staff attorney to join its Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle or Portland offices. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of five years of experience handling all aspects of commercial finance transactions, with significant experience representing lenders on secured financing (with or without real property security).  The group is collegial and fast paced, and this position provides excellent opportunities for professional development, though it is not a partnership track position.  We are open to a candidate seeking either full time or part time hours, and have some geographic flexibility within California, Washington and Oregon, so long as such candidate has the right experience.  Candidates must have an active, in good standing, Bar license in California, Washington or Oregon (as applicable), strong written and verbal communication skills, high level of attention to detail, track record of responsiveness, and positive professional references.
