Job Description

We’re seeking a star performer fresh off a string of wins that wants to build and deepen his or her management abilities. For the right visionary, this position offers a lot of autonomy and the chance to fundamentally shape legal service delivery.

In-house corporate law departments are being tasked to do more with less, generally, and provide more efficient legal operations, specifically. Davis Wright Tremaine LLP (DWT) recognizes this change and has responded by offering to automate contract drafting in law departments. Using document automation technologies like Thomson Reuters Contract Express and Leaflet, DWT’s document automation team allows business owners to leverage the power of instantly updated documents and contracts, dramatically reducing the tremendous time and energy redrafting usually takes, improving consistency, and supporting better form quality.

Davis Wright Tremaine is seeking an energetic Program Manager to build out that capability. The position will start by leading a small team and working on complex document coding at volume. As new clients buy the service, the ideal candidate will change the mix to more team leading and less individual contribution.
