Legal Assistant - Trademark
Davis Wright Tremaine is seeking a spirited Legal Assistant to provide administrative support to attorneys and paralegals within the Trademark practice. On a daily basis you will act as an intermediary between clients and attorneys. This position will require a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy, as well as initiative to learn new skills that will contribute to the enhanced productivity of the team. Day-to-day you will be responsible for responding to client requests, maintaining electronic records, typing, proofreading, and editing legal and business documents.
You’ll bring exceptional communication, time management, and interpersonal skills to the team. Davis Wright Tremaine LLP is committed to providing strong customer service and this position is no exception! The Legal Assistant role is a hybrid position permitting two days remote and three days working in our Seattle office.
Three years of experience in a law firm is helpful, however candidates with non-traditional backgrounds who have transferable skills to succeed are encouraged to apply.
