Labor Associate - Mid to Senior Level - Seattle, Bellevue, San Francisco, Los Angeles
Davis Wright Tremaine LLP has an exciting associate attorney opportunity in the area of traditional labor law which could be based in the Seattle, Bellevue, San Francisco or Los Angeles office. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of three years of experience in traditional labor and employment law, including work on arbitrations and unfair labor practice charges. The candidate should have a general understanding of federal and state employment laws. Experience with employment litigation and agency charges is helpful but not required.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a confident, self-motivated attorney with a desire to grow professionally and work in a nationally recognized labor and employment practice. Candidates should have strong academic credentials and writing skills, and excellent interpersonal skills. Candidates should be active members of the bar and admitted to practice in the jurisdiction where they apply for consideration of employment.
