Davis Wright Tremaine LLP seeks a mid-senior level associate attorney with at least five years of experience to join its Financial Services Practice Group. The group is collegial, fast paced and provides excellent opportunities for mentorship, professional development and promotion. Experience in financial services transactions, including credit card program agreements, loyalty coalition agreements, payment processing agreements, and technology, business process outsourcing and licensing agreements is preferred but not required. 

Qualified candidates must have experience with drafting complex commercial agreements. DWT sees law practice and client development as a team sport. With optimized client development teams, deliberate team building and cross-firm national industry practices, and generous credit-sharing policies, this is a place where lawyers with ambition, energy, and a growth mindset are welcomed and can succeed.  Our deals are highly visible to our clients’ C-Suites.
