Job Description

The Business and Tax practice group of Davis Wright Tremaine LLP seeks a mid-level to senior associate attorney with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, growth capital investment, joint ventures, corporate governance and general corporate law.  Candidates must have strong academic credentials, writing and drafting skills, law firm experience, excellent client relationship and interpersonal skills, and be a team player.

DWT’s working atmosphere is fun, fast-paced, and collegial, and partnership advancement potential is strong.  Our middle market M&A practice spans a wide range of industries, including technology, consumer, healthcare, food & beverage, manufacturing and industrials. Within DWT, there are opportunities for cross-office collaboration and we will consider candidates in Seattle, Portland, and San Francisco.
