Job Description

The San Francisco office of Davis Wright Tremaine LLP seeks to hire a commercial litigation associate attorney with a minimum of two years’ of experience.  Law firm, clerkship, or high-quality litigation boutique experience is strongly preferred.  Ideal candidates have experience with preparing and responding to motions and discovery, writing, depositions, and oral advocacy skills.  The candidate should have interest in a variety of cases (including antitrust, technology, telecommunications, financial services, media, and other complex matters such as national security issues), be a self-starter, have an entrepreneurial spirit, and interest in learning from experienced litigation partners.
Requirements also include strong oral advocacy and writing skills; positive references; and active membership, in good standing, in the California Bar.
